Paris is a proud Baltimorean, born and raised in Southwest Baltimore. He currently resides in the Rognel Heights neighborhood with his wife, Lindsey. Their family has deep roots in the 8th district, as they are the third generation to own their home. Paris’ unwavering dedication to the community led him to accept the role of Community Outreach Coordinator for the 8th Council District in 2020.
Through this position, he has built strong relationships with community leaders, faith-based organizations, school principals, and other elected officials to enhance the district. Paris’ passion for community outreach extends beyond his job, which is why his campaign slogan is “Commitment to Community.” With his proven track record of hard work and exceptional service to constituents, Paris is confident that he can win this council district race and continue to serve the community that he holds dear.
